Guess you're right about that, but you might argue that it's also losing if we all run into battle and get slaughtered too. I mean yeah, we have no idea what this 'war' is even about, but if suddenly waves of aliens turn up trying to kill us all, maybe running away is a better option.

[At least for everyone else anyway. Wally knows when it comes down to it, he'll be fighting or getting people out depending on which will help save more lives and won't bother too much with his own. He just figures it's a bit much to assume everyone else is going to be okay with that too.]

Dude, where have you been? Under a rock or something? It's a pretty well known cereal brand.

Assuming we even have any of those. I mean, I only met you and Mr. Human Flashlight and he didn't strike me as the medical type. That leaves, what, two other possibilities? Unless I'm right about room hermits anyway.

Dude, I'm still not seeing where this whole 'fighting chance' bit is even necessary. Did I miss some giant fight or struggle to get by at some point? So far it's just empty rooms and loads of free food. Not exactly roughing it unless you're like me and get bored really easy. Is there even any proof that there's even a war at all and it's not some crazy computer running a program that doesn't apply any more?

[Hardly a stretch in his experience, that. Still, it wasn't like he could really start putting out what that experience was either.

But speaking of wanting something more interesting to focus on...]

Wait, seriously? How long under an iceberg? Did they have you doing military drills in Antarctica or something?
